When the edge becomes a too familiar place, for the wrong reasons, we find ourselves on the edge of breakdown and exhaustion.
She works with women (and occasionally men) who want to unblock themselves and find meaning in who they are and what they do. Through Art therapy, she helps individuals to see life in colour again and empowers them to maneuver through the noise of imposter syndrome and procrastination. Melanie also facilitates tailored weekend workshops and retreats.
