Refund policy

Refund and Course Delivery Policy

Upon enrolment, students gain immediate full access to all online course modules. As course content is delivered in full at the point of enrolment, refunds are not available for change of mind once access has been granted.

On-Campus Intensive Cancellations

Should a student need to cancel their enrolment in an on-campus intensive for any reason, the full course fee is transferable to another course within 18 months, at no additional cost. Students may also opt to receive a recorded version of the intensive in lieu of attending, at no additional cost. We kindly ask that students notify us as early as possible, as late cancellations place a significant administrative burden on CECAT.

Illness or unforeseen circumstances: students unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances may transfer their booking to the next available course within 18 months, at no additional cost.

Should Robert Gray be unable to attend an Australian on-campus intensive due to unforeseen circumstances, the course will be rescheduled within 18 months. For international intensives, where rescheduling may not always be possible due to circumstances outside CECAT's control, affected students will be offered access to a recorded version of the intensive at no additional cost, ensuring full course delivery is always maintained.

For courses that do not include a face-to-face intensive, the same change-of-mind refund policy applies from the point of enrolment.

Personal Costs and Liability

CECAT accepts no liability for any personal costs incurred by students beyond the course enrolment fee, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, and loss of income. Students are advised to consider appropriate travel insurance to cover such costs.

How to Request a Transfer

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to info@arttherapycourses.com.au. Please include your name, the course you are enrolled in, and your preferred alternative course or date. Requests will be acknowledged and processed within 5 business days.

Complaints

If you have a concern regarding course delivery or this policy, please contact CECAT in the first instance at info@arttherapycourses.com.au. We are committed to resolving all concerns promptly and fairly.
