I have over 15 years of experience working as a Clinical Psychologist in private practice and public health. I’m presently working exclusively online and specialise in trauma-informed therapies, including Art Therapy, EMDR, Relational therapies, Schema therapy and other experiential therapies (somatic trauma-informed therapies, mindfulness practice). I also enjoy working with individuals to deepen their connections and improve their relationships. I like to use guided drawing and clay field therapy to work with children and adults to help them express a variety of emotions through a variety of art forms. Clay sculpturing can be extremely healing, especially for trauma work. Art as an expressive medium can be immensely effective in helping my clients regain lost self-esteem, regain self-worth and rediscover their full potential!
